Nikki Paley is a distinguished salon owner and operator with over 30 years of experience in the hair industry. Renowned for her expertise in creating age-appropriate, youthful looks and custom color, Nikki has dedicated her career to enhancing her clients' natural beauty with personalized care. Her knowledge for Aveda hair color and color analysis truly gives guests a VIP experience.

After building an extensive career behind the chair, she expanded her knowledge by traveling to Miami, Florida, where she completed professional color analysis training under a renowned color analysis expert. Justin specializes in Custom Hair Color Techniques and Dry Cutting. He has further developed his craft by traveling to California and New York, studying alongside world-famous stylist, Jon Reyman. Most recently, Justin joined the Aveda team, creating runway looks for New York and London Fashion Week.

As a talented stylist of 22 years and Co-Owner of LUX Hair Bar, Justin has a very simple philosophy when it comes to his work. “When I welcome a guest into my chair, I welcome them into my life.” This philosophy along with Justin’s extremely outgoing personality & sense of humor has helped him build personal relationships with many of his guests, while still delivering phenomenal service & building confidence in his guests by making them feel their most beautiful version of themselves.
